To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Stephen Metz. Stephen graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting on February 15, 2013.
While at the school, Stephen demonstrated the ability, maturity and drive it takes to succeed in broadcasting. He was selected as our “Student of the Month” on two separate occasions, and earned the Don Mertens Award for Broadcast Excellence in Television Arts as well as the Excellent Attendance Award.
Stephen’s individual work was highly regarded by his instructors and classmates. He also showed an understanding of working in a team environment and the importance of maintaining productive and professional relationships. He was a solid contributor to group projects and did not seek to elevate himself over other members of the team.
Lastly, Stephen often went above and beyond the requirements of the program. He routinely volunteered for outreach opportunities affiliated with the school and performed admirably. He was also willing to help, on more than one occasion, with classmates who needed a ride to school.
I was continually impressed with how Stephen comported himself on and off campus. He was always friendly, professional, and focused on starting his career.
I am confident that it will be a successful one.
